You will find a link to NHS West Essex PCT patient survey below. This survey is to be used by all Practices within West Essex PCT, which has been agreed and validated. We would be grateful if you could take the time to complete the survey and forward as directed.
The collated results will be available in due course via several routes, including the Patient Representation Group section of the practice website.
