Are you interested in finding out more about the Practice?

If so we want to hear from you.

Patient representation refers to patients who wish to take a more active interest in services provided by Nuffield House Surgery. Patients and staff would work together to share ideas to help individuals take more responsibility for their own health and help improve the services offered at the Practice.

We would like to do this through the practice website, direct communication, along with the use of notice boards within the surgery, and PRG (Patient Representation Group) meetings.

The PRG meeting will include a GP, Management/Practice Staff representative and interested patients.

However, we will not deal with personal medical issues or individual patient complaints as there is an established procedure to deal with these.
