Email repeat prescriptions will be looked at every morning Monday to Friday.

48 working hours (Monday to Friday) is required to process prescriptions within the surgery.

After 48 working hours your prescription will be ready for collection:

· by you

· the chemist you have made arrangements with to collect for you.

· sent by post if you have provided a stamped addressed envelope.

Please note: Changes/additions/queries may result in a prescription not being ready within 48 working hours. Requests put in after 3pm on a Friday will be ready after 3pm on the following Tuesday.
