Nuffield House Surgery - Order repeat prescriptions

Email repeat prescriptions will be logged every morning Monday to Friday. They will be available for collection after 48 hours. Only repeat prescriptions listed on your green re-order form can be requested.

Indicate if you will collect the prescription from the surgery or arrange to pick it up from the chemist of your choice. You cannot designate a chemist to collect your prescription until you fill out a registration form, available from that chemist. Please note that it takes 2 working days (Do not count Saturday Sunday or Public Holiday's) for your prescription to be ready if you are collecting it from the surgery, but it may be 4 working days if collecting it from your nominated chemist.
