How do I get telephone advice?

Your doctor will be happy to give you advice on the telephone when he or she is not consulting. The receptionists have been asked not to interrupt the doctor during consultations, unless your call is urgent. You may therefore, be asked to phone back or to leave a telephone number where your doctor can reach you to discuss the problem. Please, wherever possible, do not leave mobile telephone numbers and remember for reasons of confidentiality we are unable to leave messages on answer machines.
