How do I make an enquiry about a test result?

You can telephone the surgery  between 11am and 12 noon, and also between 5:30 and 6:30 pm. for results of blood tests, X-rays etc. Give your full name, address and the date on which your test was carried out. Please leave a full four days clear before making enquiries. Some test results may take longer.
